Swap speaker sizes in minutes with Add-A-Baffle™.   The J Design Add-A-Baffle™ speaker adapter allows for different size speakers to be installed in the same cabinet! 

Go from 15" speaker to 12" speaker, 12" speaker to 10" speaker or 10" speaker to 8" speaker within minutes. 

(Works with rear loaded speakers only.)

If not comfortable or familiar with the replacement of speakers, please contact a local speaker dealer or guitar technician for installation.

Rear Loaded speaker instructions.

bulletMake sure speaker(s) being installed are the same impedance.
bulletRemove rear panel. (Fig 1)
bulletLabel and remove positive and negative wires from speaker to be replaced.
bulletRemove speaker to be replaced. (Fig 2)
bulletLay the Add-A-Baffle T-Nut side down against existing baffle and line up mounting holes.
bulletSecure the Add-A-Baffle with the four 10-32x1 1/4” machine screws supplied. (fig 4) Note: If your cabinet is not a J Design product, we cannot be sure of the thread size on your cabinet baffle T-nuts and you should use the original screws that secured the speaker to the baffle along with the provided steel & neoprene washers.. (Fig 3)
bulletSecure speaker to the Add-A-Baffle using the 10-32x3/4” machine screws supplied. (Fig 4)
bulletConnect Red Positive (+) and Black Negative (-) wires to the speaker.
bulletre-attach rear panel to cabinet. (Fig 5)
